March 1, 2010 - New Ticket System
Starting March 1st, 2010, we are impelmenting a new Trouble Ticket system to ensure proper and responsive handling of any support issues you may have. You can find it at http://tts.siliconco.com. You can create new and view your exisiting tickets in our system. Please note that any and all tickets requested after March 1st will be required to use TTS. Any current tickets will continue using standard email until the case is closed. Any new ticket requests submitted via email, will be returned and requested to be submitted via TTS.
